Living plants
Customers should review the confirmed plant photograph, size and condition where this option applies. Minor natural variation is expected in living products.
Large items and projects
Trees, palms, turf, bulk orders and site materials may require dedicated transport, labour and agreed access for unloading.
Receiving an order
Please ensure someone can receive the delivery at the agreed location and time. Access restrictions should be disclosed before dispatch.
