Why plant delivery needs planning.
Plants are living, irregular loads. Leaves, branches, root balls and ceramic planters can be damaged by unsuitable stacking or rushed unloading. Large specimens may require upright clearance, stabilisation and more than one person to position safely.
Installation is separate from simple drop-off. It can include moving a plant into place, removing a grow bag, preparing a planting hole, setting the correct depth, backfilling, staking or initial watering—only where agreed in the scope.

Unless clearly stated, delivery and installation are confirmed separately because distance, size, weight and vehicle requirements vary.

Yes, subject to current stock, safe loading, a suitable vehicle, route clearance and access at the destination.
Do you install pots, turf or plants?
Installation can be included when agreed in the quotation. The exact work and materials should be confirmed before fulfilment.
How is the delivery charge calculated?
Distance is one factor. Plant dimensions, quantity, vehicle type, loading, unloading, labour and access can also affect the charge.
