Fair expectations for products that continue to grow.
This policy explains how Lahore Plant Co. reviews concerns about living plants, garden supplies, damage, natural variation and order accuracy.
Natural variation is normal. Incorrect or damaged orders are different.
Plants of the same variety can differ in height, fullness, branch pattern, leaf count, flowering stage and nursery container. Catalogue images identify the expected product type unless an exact specimen is specifically confirmed.
If an item arrives materially damaged, incorrect or different from the confirmed order, contact us promptly with the order details, packaging and clear photographs before repotting, pruning or discarding it.
Evidence helps separate transit damage from normal variation.
Every case is considered against the item ordered, any current-stock confirmation, delivery record and condition shown at receipt.

What may not indicate a product fault?
Minor leaf marks, natural asymmetry, seasonal leaf change, differences from a representative photograph and ordinary variation between specimens may not indicate damage. Plant response after delivery can also be affected by light, watering, temperature, repotting and handling.
Non-living supplies should be unused and kept in their original condition while eligibility is reviewed. Custom, installed, sourced-to-order or perishable items may require a different remedy depending on the confirmed scope.
Before requesting a return.
Can a living plant be returned because it looks different from the photo?
Natural variation alone may not make a plant defective. The review considers the product identity, confirmed details and whether the difference is material.
What if the wrong product was delivered?
Share the order and clear photographs promptly so the mismatch and suitable remedy can be verified.
What if damage occurred during delivery?
Photograph the full item, damaged area and packaging at receipt. Avoid altering or discarding the item until the case is reviewed.
Are landscaping and installed items covered by this policy?
Service work, installed plants and project materials are reviewed against the accepted quotation, site conditions and agreed scope.
